when you want to transfer mp3 files via Mass storage, you need to set your Phone as USB Mass storage mode, here it is the instruction to follow:
The SGH-T349 handset has the capability to transfer files directly between a PC and a memory card (residing within the handset) with the supplied USB data cable, using the New Samsung PC Studio or the mass storage feature.
To change the USB mode setting follow the steps below:
From the standby screen, press the left soft key for Menu
Select Settings (4)
Select Personalized (1)
Select Phone Settings (3)
Select USB Mode (4)
Highlight The Mass Storage, using the navigation keys
Press the left soft key to Save the USB Mode Setting
