To set your Behold II back to factory defaults follow the steps below:

Warning: Performing either of the reset options below will completely erase all downloaded applications and personal files, including music, pictures, videos, and documents, that did not come pre-installed on the device. Paid applications can be re-downloaded free of charge if the same Google account is used after the reset. Refer to the ‘My Downloads’ section of the Android Market.

Soft Reset

  • Tap the Widget Bar and then tap Settings
  • Tap Reset Settings > Master Reset
  • If prompted, create a new password
  • Tap Yes to begin reset process

Hard Reset

  • Shut down the device
  • Press and hold the End key, tap Power Off, and then tap OK
  • Remove SIM card
  • Remove the battery cover, the battery, and then remove the SIM card. Replace the battery and battery cover.
  • Three-key combination
  • Press and hold the Volume Down key, Send Key, and then End Key in succession. Make sure that all three are being pressed simultaneously and that the End Key is pressed last
  • When the graphic is displayed, press the Menu key to begin factory reset

      If it wasnt for this site id still be looking stupid tryna figure out my password,i contacted tmobile and the lady tld me to press the volume dwn button and the send button but she didnt tell me anything about the power off button,who eva wrote this site…saved my day.thanks

      when i go to di the master reset it says i need a password, and it doesnt prompt me to create one. i have tried every combination i can think of but nothing works.
