when i go to di the master reset it says i need a password, and it doesnt prompt me to create one. i have tried every combination i can think of but nothing works.

Thank you very much. I didn’t feel like dealing an annoying t-mobile rep and nothing else worked for me, I thought for sure I’d either never get back into my phone again or have to lose everything on it but now it’s working and I still have all my files. Kudos.

Here I’d like to share my experience of backup and restore:I installed this Microsoft Mobile Contact to PC Transfer program called GodswMobile Transfer suite in my mobile phone and transfer all my SMS and contacts from my phone to my computer. it contains an app both to view and edit the sms and contacts on PC.

omg thank you!!!! i called costumer services they couldn’t help me they were going to send me a new phone!!!!!! in 7 days! ugh they were no help you guys saved my life
